Biography
Mr. Khachatryan is an associate lawyer at the Law Office of Nazly Mamedova and practices immigration law, advising clients on family reunification issues, and representing clients in deportation, asylum and bond proceedings. Mr. Khachatryan also focuses on immigration consequences of criminal activity. He speaks Russian, Armenian and French.
Mr. Khachatryan received his Bachelor and Master of Law degrees from Yerevan State University in Armenia, and later received his LL.M from the American University, Washington College of Law. J.D, with specialization in International Business Law.
Mr. Khachatryan is authorized to appear before the U.S. Immigration Courts, and all U.S. immigration agencies. His previous experience includes work in the Law Library of Congress, as well as in banking sector, where he held position in Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
